and peace lives on the same earth as chaos.

This project embraces both sides of me — the “pretty” and the “lousy.” Sonically, the album marks my transition into R&B while still holding onto remnants of my rap roots. It will be emotional, melodic, and honest, pulling away from the expectations of the Chicago drill sound and leaning into a more expressive, feminine, and timeless lane — think growth, vulnerability, and evolution. Pretty Lousy isn’t about choosing one side; it’s about owning all of it.
